Executive Director
The executive Director is key management leader of organization. S/he is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Assuring the quality of outcomes and maintain accountabilities through applying various strategy and approaches are the main role for the position. It includes establishment and maintain strong relationship within GON and I/NGOs fundraising, project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
